In 2008, PreciseQ co-founders and longtime comrades Mark Dorner and Guy Livneh decided to combine their decades of software engineering and Fortune 500 consulting experience to fill a critical need in healthcare: Help enterprise organizations replace burdensome, antiquated systems with brilliant, customizable technology that drives efficiencies and financial results regardless of what the changing healthcare landscape brings.
But keeping up with the pace of change isn’t just about creating a beautiful platform. Successful digital transformation requires a technology partner who has the expertise to see the big picture and ask the right questions unique to your business challenges. It means the ability to respond to provider, payer and consumer expectations in a faster, more nimble way. It’s also about easily integrating high volumes of data across the entire ecosystem to unlock analytics that boost your competitive advantage.
Today, PreciseQ is a leading global enterprise software company specializing in practice management, RCM, and data analytics. We bring together the best of Silicon Valley, healthcare, government and retail to help over 50,000 providers with high-quality, quickly deployable digital solutions for a happier patient experience and a healthier bottom line.
Are you ready for better?Contact Us
With our customers at our core, we live by these three Qs:
From vision and design to the finished product, we deliver projects exponentially faster than the industry standard. And always on time.
We strive for nothing less than exceptional in our service to our clients and in the design of our solutions. We love client feedback, and hold ourselves accountable every step of the way.
We ask a lot of questions and continually challenge the status quo to find new ways to solve our clients’ most difficult business problems.

While working with the founding team at RelayHealth, now a division of McKesson, he and his team created the physician revenue services platform that now processes over $12 billion in financial and clinical transactions annually.
Co-Founder and Managing Partner at PreciseQ, Mark applies his deep expertise in healthcare, RCM, fintech, and banking to oversee system design, project planning and delivery for the company’s growing roster of global clients. Mark finds balance outside work with his two young children and as a disciple of the Hung Ga style of Kung Fu.
